Get the team around you who can really support you and then optimize their impact, so that you can stay in front of your referral partners and customers.
Become an expert in all of your company’s technology. Loan Officers who use technology will leapfrog those who do not.
Become a guidelines guru—familiarize yourself with the full array of your products. And, of course, optimize your pricing to win in your market.
